We would walk for miles through the bush of Cameroon listening, watching, feeling.  To me, Africa is the most peaceful and beautiful place on Earth.                                                                       

SAKILÉ (pronounced sah-key-lay) literally began as a dream that I had during my internship to Cameroon, Africa.  While there, I was blessed with the unique opportunity to visit remote villages in the bush of the country and learn about the healing and curative botanicals of the land.  Conversations with indigenous folks also helped inspire me to share what I learned.  After several years of trial and error, and meditation and prayer, SAKILÉ came to be.                                                                                   With just a handful of ingredients, we offer a simple, yet unique body care collection that honors the traditional skin care of Africa, uses all natural ingredients, and respects the nature of us.  This is what we're all about and this is what we share with you.
